MAGNUM 3G features

  • With MAGNUM 3G compression fittings there is no need to chamfer or lubricate pipe ends.

  • The dynamic sealing system offers particularly low insertion forces.

  • MAGNUM 3G compression fittings are extremely easy and quick to install.

  • Longitudinal locking by force and permanentsealing up to 16 bar.

  • Transition fittings with pull-out, torsion-proof and brass connection thread for transition to other materials.

Easy and Safe

  • Dynamic sealing method: The initial position of the gasket allows insertion of the pipe into the fitting without risk of deformation or displacement. In a second step, tightening the fitting compresses the gasket to its operational position.
  • Visual check: The flange on the body of the MAGNUM 3G compression fitting allows a visual check to indicate whether the nut was tightened correctly. This is an important aid during the installation process.
  • No loose components: If the fitting is completely disassembled from the body, there is no danger of losing components, as the seal ring and gasket remain in the body. The risk of losing components in the trench is completely avoided.
  • Designed to minimize pipe twist: The fitting is designed to minimize twisting of the pipe as the fitting is tightened. The twisting of the pipe can affect the fitting and also other connections already present in the pipe.
  • Certifications: MAGNUM 3G fittings are certified by KIWA, ACS, AENOR, IIP and DVGW for installation above or below ground.

  • Rated at 1600 kpa: MAGNUM 3G has a pressure rating of 1600 kPa (PN16) to meet the needs of high pressure systems.
  • +50-year service life: Designed to withstand the most demanding conditions, MAGNUM 3G has a 50-year service life.

Complete coverage

Wide range: The MAGNUM 3G range is complete, consisting of straight and reduced fittings, tees, elbows and end caps, from Ø16 to Ø63mm. MAGNUM 3G brass, from Ø20 to Ø63mm.
